A HUGE weight savings!Next, towards the end of 2009, we found out from our UPS representative that starting on Monday, January 4, 2010 our shipping rates with UPS would be increasing an average of 5% across the board to all zones and Canada for both ground and expedited services.We brought in our UPS rep with his "big boss" and the negotiations began. When the dust had settled, we were able to actually REDUCE your shipping rates by 15-20% across the board! That is HUGE news for all of you, both in the USA and in Canada since that means more cash in your pocket and less you have to pay in shipping costs!I hope you realize just how BIG this is for all of us...any cost savings today is welcomed, and we always strive to do our part to help all of you put the most amount of cash in your pocket every day as we continue to grow our business and you continue to grow your business.Please keep in mind that this price reduction is on standard residential delivery charges - the per box rural area surcharge of $2.75/box still applies if you live beyond a certain distance from a UPS shipping center. There is also a small fuel surcharge percentage that is added to each box as well, but the end result is that your shipping rates have actually decreased in a time when they have increased for everyone!We are very pround of this fact, and know that we continue to do all that we can here at the Home Office to keep your costs as low as possible in all aspects of your business.
